Description: This is a rare opportunity to own an art pottery vase designed by Alf Wallander for the Rorstrand company. This piece is extremely rare and I believe it was made for an exposition taking place in France as it is unusually signed in French, it is the first time I have ever encountered a Rorstrand signature such as this. What a great example of Art and Craft pottery by one of the greatest master of Art and Craft pottery designer in the history of Sweden. One will be delighted by the presence of this vase, simple decor but a "tour de force" to realize.
