This is a nice and simple set of 6 silver-plated pewter knife rests made by the Wurtembergische Metallwarrenbafrik. This set is a lot less complex than #1950, yet still very functional and elegant for a table. This set looks a bit more transitional from Art Nouveau to Art Deco, thus I date it a bit later than the other set. If one likes elegance without fuss, then one will be pleased by the design of this set.
