Here is a nice Jugendstil (movement equivalent to Art Nouveau in Germany) porcelain tray made by the Waechtersbach Company. It is framed into a white metal armature with two handles and 3 round feet. The piece is not signed anymore as stamp could easily be erased by harsh chemical cleaning such as windex or others. These trays are still quite undervalued at this time but are becoming more scarce to find in good condition. Abstract Jugendstil designs such as in this tray deserve to be much more recognized as they were fairly revolutionary for the time.
