2336 - John Bryan, American
c. 1950's
Signature: "Bryan, Sterling on broche; Bryan on one earring, partial S ling on other earring".
Condition:  Excellent

This is a great Modernist sterling silver and blue enamel broche and earring set made by John Bryan, working out of Asheville, NC. A similar brooch can be seen on page 221 of the book "Modernist jewelry, 1930-1960". Simple as is most modernist jewelry but exquisite and very well done.

2412 - Sigi (Sigfredo) Pineda, Mexican
c. 1955-1960
Signature: "Hecho en Mexico, 51, remnant of Sigi, Tasco & eagle assay mark".
Condition:  Excellent, signature on back a little worn but clearly there

Modernist sterling silver pendant/broche (has both attachment) with applied silver ball in folds made by the Mexican silver master Sigfredo (sigi) Pineda. His pieces are starting to be fairly collectable nowadays and rightly so as always very good.  



2432 - Sigrid Gottstein for Scholz & Lammel, German
c. 1955-1965
Signature: "S in circle logo" and labeled "Feueremaille, S in circle logo, Flame in rectangle, Wertvolle handerbeit"

This is a wonderful Modernist silver plated brass and Cloisonné enamel bracelet designed by Sigrid Gottstein and made by the Scholz and Lammel Company. Amoeba shaped design of various shades of orange color over brown background. Brown counter enamel.

2380 - Stilsmycken Erik Svane, Swedish
c. 1958
Signature: "Svan, H for the city of Helsingborg, Crown, S in hexagon, H9 (year of 1958), Sterling".
Condition:  Excellent

A simple and wonderful Modernist sterling silver broche designed and made by Erik Svane of Sweden. His designs are somewhat scarce to come by in the US. Always simple and attractive in their concepts.
