Here is a great vase by the Villeroy and Boch company with astounding Jugendstil curvilinear and abstract decoration. These pieces are becoming increasingly difficult to get nowadays as collectors are becoming aware of the good designs produced under this movement. These objects are also a good value compared to the Art Nouveau ones which can be quite pricy these days. One will not be disappointed by this vase's form and decor.

Here is a nice Art Deco gres vase entitled "les Pigeons"
, designed by Legrand for the Mougin Brothers company. 3 friezes of a couple of doves in different positions adorn the vase, interspersed by horizontal Deco lines. A good example of art Deco by the Mougin brothers.

This is a German Jugendstil porcelain serving tray in pewter frame. The maker is unknown to us even though we have encountered this mark from time to time, there are however no references one can find on this company. This design is fairly scarce as it is the first time we get the chance to see it. The colors of the enamels are dark blue with small highlights of oranges.

1751- Zsolnay, Hungary

This is a very nice vase made by the Zsolnay factory of Hungary. Made in the famous tradition of their art nouveau era pieces, it is simple but quite eye catching. The colors are deep green over a greenish/yellow iridescent glaze.
