Here is a great vase by the Villeroy and Boch company with astounding Jugendstil curvilinear and abstract decoration. These pieces are becoming increasingly difficult to get nowadays as collectors are becoming aware of the good designs produced under this movement. These objects are also a good value compared to the Art Nouveau ones which can be quite pricy these days. One will not be disappointed by this vase's form and decor.

This is a German Jugendstil porcelain serving tray in pewter frame. The maker is unknown to us even though we have encountered this mark from time to time, there are however no references one can find on this company. This design is fairly scarce as it is the first time we get the chance to see it. The colors of the enamels are dark blue with small highlights of oranges.

This is another beautiful Jugendstil porcelain tray, this one is made by the Waechtersbacher Steinsgutfabrik with pewter metal armature made by the Wurtembergische MetallwarrenFabrik or WMF. Even though made so long ago, these designs still look contemporary as if made yesterday. The secessionist movement was well ahead of its time.

A sugar with missing lid, of the same design (not pictured) will be included in the purchase as proof that metal for tray and sugar was made by WMF.
